Designed to capitalise on the rear site with stream boundary this house provides maximum connection to the outdoors for a young family. Private outdoor living and landscaping areas are edged by the strong, simple forms of the house.

Large sliding doors at ground floor are offset by the strong dark cedar form above. Aluminium louvres balance light and sun/heat/privacy control on west facing windows and steel box surrounds add depth and shadow.
